Missing Login

Hi BenBob​! Thanks for writing in. I'm sorry for the trouble locating your new item.

My first suspicion here would be that the item was saved to a vault or account that's different than the one being searched. Another possibility could be a sync delay or error. 

I'd like to ask a few questions to help investigate further:

• How did you save the item? For example was it saved with 1Password in the browser, or in one of the 1Password apps?
• Did you search for the item in the extension, in a 1Password app, or on 1Password.com?
• Are you using multiple 1Password accounts?
• If you haven't searched there previously, can you find the item in your account on 1Password.com (Home > All Vaults)?

I was going to attach a screenshot but I see no way to do so - where did that function go?

You can add a screenshot to a post or reply with the "Insert Media" button (camera icon). I've included an example below.
