Missing Sync Tab in 1P Preferences

I recently updated from the licensed version of 1P to the subscription version and purchased the latest version of TakeControlOf 1Password, which I am slowly making my way through.
When I got to syncing, his instructions were the same as I found when I just did a search on this forum: 1P > Preferences > Sync tab.
When I follow that path, there is no Sync tab.
Help?

1Password Version: 7.9.4
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 12.3.1

    Thank you, Jack. I did my first 2FA using 1Password; my Facebook account. It was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was.

    Hi BikerBob38:

    I haven't personally taken a look at the guide you're referring to, if you're using a 1Password account, and don't have any standalone vaults, you won't see the Sync tab in Preferences. The Sync tab is only for syncing standalone vaults, and doesn't apply to 1Password accounts.
