Missing translations (French Canada)

Hello
I'm on 1Password.EU and use the French language as much as possible.
On my windows 10 French version, I installed 1Password for Windows 8.5.0 80500121, channel PRODUCTION.
The interface is in French while the detail of the items is in English.

It's surprising because on the Android version (V7.9.1) everything is in French.

Should I uninstall the win version to reinstall it?
