More options to turn off markdown and sync the markdown setting across the app and the extension

By default, notes in 1Password are rendered with markdown formatting and are not rendered as plain text. This can cause issues if you have characters in your password that match markdown syntax. However, you can turn off markdown by following these steps:

1. Open and unlock 1Password for Windows.
2. Click your account or collection at the top of the sidebar and click Settings.
3. Click General.
4. Turn off "Format secure notes using Markdown".

As discussed in this thread, there's currently an issue with the rendering of line breaks in notes when markdown is turned off. Our development team is currently testing a fix and hopes to release it soon.
