More options to turn off markdown and sync the markdown setting across the app and the extension

I'm split the discussion about other default options for markdown, and having an option to turn off markdown in the browser extension, into a new thread so that we can keep the other thread focused on the bug where line breaks and text selection aren't working for notes when markdown is turned off in the 1Password for Windows desktop app.

Extensions should honour the setting in the main app, or otherwise have a setting somewhere in the extension itself to do so.

Thank you for the feedback. Right now, the desktop app and the browser extension do not share the same settings but I've filed a feature request with the team to have them look into adding that functionality and/or adding a toggle for markdown in the browser.
