Moving from Ver 7 to Ver 8 - Pause

I always believe in software updates. But I seriously regret having moved from ver 7 to ver 8. Ver 8 is a full 2 steps backward missing numerous conveniences and functionality. It's been dumbed down....

Hi Wonder828, thank you for writing in. I'm sorry to hear you aren't having an experience with 1Password 8 that's up to the level of quality that you expect. We're continuously working on improving the app, and the first public release of 1Password 8 is only the first step in that process. Because of this, I hope future improvements and updates will be able to change your mind.

If you're willing to go into more detail, I'd love to pass your detailed feedback on to the rest of the team. What were the things that caught you by surprise in 1Password 8? What are the features you're missing the most from 1Password 7? What changes are making it difficult to use?

Your feedback would be priceless in helping us make 1Password 8 better.
