Okay ... here are a few issues ...
Version 7 - wherever you leave the application you return to the same spot. For example if you're in Tag area it would return there. In Ver 8 it reopens to any old place
Version 7 - double click on a login item and bam you go to that site and ID/PW loaded and wait for you to click enter ... in Ver 8 you double click on an item and a meaningless submenu opens totally useless. Instead hunt and peck in the right side listing to find open and fill hidden menu item.
Version 7 - want to or need to update a password no problem it offers to update the existing entry - Ver 8 wants to create only a new entry - yes with some confusing clicking you can still update the original entry - but it's clumsy.
Version 7 - you could sort items in tags ... Version 8 nada in any regard
As long as you have asked let me offer some thoughts and I don't mean this sarcastically - I mean this in a constructive manner. Field test these releases with normal ppl. Non techie users. Ask questions like "is this easier" or "is ease of use the same". My wife as a backup user to pay bills and use 1PW would be totally lost. This is not at all intuitive. I wondered and asked without ever getting an answer on why Ver 7 never offered to update to Ver 8 like previous updates did when they were available. I'm guessing this was the answer - it's not really an update.
So there ya go a few thoughts from someone who has used 1PW forever. I'm not quitting 1PW it used to be the gold standard because of security - but I'm less trusting because of so many software interface issues like the few I mentioned and if I hear of a hack or corruption because of sloppy security like there has been with sloppy software design I'll jump off 1PW in a heart beat.
