My iOS 1P icon disappeared when I was editing my Home screen

I am still on 1P 7 (latest) and iOS 16.7.5. Yikes! I was editing my iPhone Home screen, moving a couple folders around. The 1Password app was in my "Utilities" folder and I wanted to move it out...
