New Item -> Email Account, now missing IMAP section label?

I just tried to add a new Email Account item to my vault, and my OCD comparing it to older entries noticed a line different. It seems the "IMAP" section label has been removed off the top section,...

I don't think either the title or template has changed. Rather, the UI does not have a way to edit that first section's title.
