Hello P4sca1! 👋

Thank you for reaching out! The new item creation modal was designed based on customer feedback that requested that we simplify item creation in the app. That being said, you should be seeing a "Show More" option even before you type anything into the search field:

I've been able to reproduce the issue in the production version of 1Password on my end when using the German language. The good news is that the beta version is working properly, if you'd like to give that a try then you can find instructions here: Use 1Password beta releases

Hopefully the fix makes it to the production version soon.
