New Item in Web Version doesn't consider selected vault

When you click on "New Item" in the Web Version, the selected vault defaults to Personal regardless of what vault you're in. It's really really annoying and it wasn't always this way. I always forget to change it, then have to go hunt for the new item to move it back to the vault I was in!

PS: This new community system forces me to pick a tag but there is no tag for the web version.

    I'm sorry for the late reply. Are you still seeing the issue on your end? If you are then are you following these steps: 

    1. Log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app).
    2. Click on the vault that you'd like to open. 
    3. Click + New Item in the upper right corner of the web app and choose Login. 


    At the bottom of the modal window, do you see the vault that you choose in step 2? Let me know if you're following different steps from the above.

    Thank you for reporting the issue! We're currently rolling out some backend updates to the 1Password.com web app and those updates should resolve this issue. Try closing your browser and then open the web app again. 

    If you still see the issue then the updates might not have made it to you yet. Are you using a personal 1Password account or a business account through your employer? 

    PS: This new community system forces me to pick a tag but there is no tag for the web version.

    I noticed this as well, really annoying. Hope they can fix it soon.
