    If both devices are able to connect to the internet and using the same account, this is typically a result of a hybrid set up with a standalone vault as well as a 1Password account. I noticed you recently got back to one of our specialists over email, to avoid any confusion, it would be best to continue your conversation there. 🙂

    I'll let them know you mentioned this issue, though if the culprit is what I suspect, it will resolve itself once you've finished that email conversation. If that doesn't end up being the case, feel free to @ me here and I can investigate further. 👍🏻
