New password creation dialog disappears before saving newly filled password

Hey ptr727, thanks for the link. Unfortunately, I'm unable to get to the page with the new password field, as I do not have a valid user id.

I'm curious, what steps did you take to fill the new password field? Where did the website unexpectedly take you afterwards? Could you take a screen recording of the behavior and then send it to us via email at mailto:support+forum@1password.com?

You can try attaching the video directly to the email. If it's too big, then the email may not go through. Instead, just shoot us a message and we can send you a secure link to upload the video.
