New sign-in alerts and welcome page appearing with 1Password for Safari (Safari version 18.3 beta)

Definitely not trying to jinx anything, but it does appear that, so far, I haven't had any notices today after the updates. So we may have finally gone back to normal. For reference:
Mac OS 15.3 Beta 2
iOS 18.3 Beta 2
1Password for Safari Beta 8.10.58

After installing both 1Password updates, I was prompted with the tabs and the emails. However, since I haven't and it's been over 4 hours (previously this would be happening every few minutes). I'll update as the day goes on.
