"New sign-in" every time I open safari
Recently, I began getting "New sign-in" emails EVERY time I open safari on my phone. I'm also running the latest Beta iOS. Since this just started happening, I was thinking maybe its an incompatibility with the latest beta. I was wondering if 1Password was aware of this issue? Or knew how to correct it?

I'm sorry that you're running into issues with 1Password for Safari. There's currently a known issue where users who are on the beta version of macOS or iOS might receive unexpected sign-in emails or have 1Password restart by itself.
