newegg.com login doesn't work

Hello,

I'm finding that logging into newegg.com from the Safari browser extension isn't working. Here's what's happening:

• On the login page, the 1Password login suggestion appears below the email field, as expected. But clicking it does nothing, and the field isn't populated
• If I click the 1Password extension icon on Safari's toolbar, the suggestions view opens, but does not suggest the newegg login (or any login in particular), as if I'm on a page it doesn't recognize
• Interestingly, I can get universl autofill to work, which proceeds to fill email address, password, and then TOTP code. In fact that's the only method that is currently working with Safari.

I've also tested in:

• Orion browser w/Chrome extension: same result
  • Orion version: 1.0.4 (143), WebKit 624.1.2.19.2
• Vivaldi w/Chrome extension: works as expected
  • Vivaldi version: 7.8.3925.74

I'm on fully up to date macOS Tahoe and Safari:
