Newly generated passwords not showing up in desktop app
I generated a new log-in and password with the 1password plug-in (per usual... I've done this many times) and it is not showing up in my desktop app. It does show up online and in my phone app and it...

I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing all of your items in 1Password for Mac. So that we can look into this further, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Windows PC:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Windows)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
With your email please include:
