TheDandee we do troubleshoot issues like this frequently, and we'll be happy to take a closer look for you. Are you able to start by sending us a screenshot of the suggestions that you're getting? Are you then able to take a screenshot of one login that should be suggested but isn't?
Make sure to take that screenshot of the login from the 1Password app. Please remember to not include any private info in the screenshots - no need to send us your passwords or anything like that.
