Not able to save new logins in Vivaldi

After updating my 1Password in the browser extension to 2.4.5 beta in Vivaldi 5.4.2753.51, I'm not able to save new logins anymore. ☹️ Actually, this happened on https://sk-designz.de/regi...

Hello,
I have the exact same problem with the latest beta on Edge (latest version too).
It seems like it cannot sync with the server anymore, thus the error message (and anything updated in the desktop app is not synced to the extension when it's happening).
Relauching the extension makes it work for a while but not very convenient...
I hope you guys can fix this asap.
