Offline message in the Chrome extension

I'm having the same error:

Your account is offline
You won't be able to save changes until you are signed in and online.

I have attempted to logout of both the chrome extension & 1Password desktop
Same error.

1Password browser extension version 8.12.8.26 81208026, on STABLE channel
