steph_giles Sorry for the delay; things have been hectic here. I've sent the console log to the support email; the ID is [#NHP-92771-841].

Reproduction is straightforward:

  • Open a new Chrome window.
  • Navigate to https://www.amazon.com/.
  • Open dev tools. Go to the Console tab.
  • Click the Sign In button.
  • At this point, you'll see the various 1Password messages in the console, and the Password Manager is dead.

I can see this behavior on two different Windows 10 computers, both with the latest OS, Chrome, and 1Password installed.
