On my iPhone 12 I have 1Password v7 & 1Password v8. Ok to delete 1Password v7 and it's data?

I have 1Password v7 on my iPhone 12 and just downloaded 1Password v8. When I long press the 1Password 7 icon on my home screen to delete it the message comes up "Delete 1Password? Deleting this app ...

If you’re already logged into 8 and verified everything is there as it should be then yes.
