on the new 1Password for Mac 8.7.1 I am unable to select a vault and see categories at one time

Hey @maxbulwa:

Can you check to see if you have the following setting selected?

1. Open and unlock the 1Password 8 for Mac app.
2. From the menu bar, select 1Password > Preferences > Appearance.
3. Under the heading "Always Show in Sidebar", select Categories.

You can also view the categories with the dropdown menu as shown here:

In regard to searching all fields, if you enter your search query in the search bar, select "Show all matching items" to return a list of items containing the string.
