One-Time Password not working

I primarily work on Chrome on my PC, and I have a couple of websites that use MFA and the auto-filled one-time password that automatically populates doesn't work. I click on the extension and confirm...

Hello, this happened to me because Windows time was not synced for some reason. It was 3 minutes off. I went into the time and language settings in Windows 11 and pressed the sync button. This resolved my problem.
