Hi, I've been a long-time user of 1Password, and up until recently, the experience has been excellent. However, for the past few months, the Android experience has significantly deteriorated. Autof...

1P_Dave - First let me say that I completely agree with alpine_shredder . I am more than happy to help test for companies like yours who do such a great job at listening and responding to your users.
I have also installed the beta and I am finding it much, much better (just likealpine_shredder ). I tried 4-6 websites via Chrome and 2-3 native android apps.
Observations (on Galaxy Tab 10 FE - Android 15):
-On Chrome, the 1P “dropdown” often appeared toward the left instead of directly under the entry field
-The website icons for several (but not all) of the 1P entries did not appear to the left of the respective entry in the dropdown even though the icons appear in the 1P app
-On one site ( booksy.com ), the userid was cleared out after I selected the dropdown and the dropdown would not appear again. However, I restarted chrome and it worked fine.
-After using the autofill successfully filled in the user/password on one of the native android apps (Twitch), a popup window appeared at the bottom asking me if I wanted to save….but the entry already existed and it had been autofilled by 1P… so why was it asking me to save? I have seen this happen before and it looks like it would create a duplicate if i selected it. See attached screenshot.

Hi snoringelephant
I've been experiencing similar behaviour to you on my Samsung phone even after installing the beta version of the app. I've just made a change in my settings which has improved autofill markedly and I'm curious to know if you might have the same setting?
- Go to Settings > Security and privacy > More Security settings > Passwords, passkeys, and autofill
- Under Additional services, deselect Samsung Pass
I have never used Samsung Pass before, so I'm not sure how this setting came to be activated (or re-activated), but disabling it appears to have completely fixed my autofill issues.
