Option Key for quick reveal no longer working for me

Have you enabled the feature? You may be interested in the other reveal shortcut of command + R this will help to prevent the accidental revealing of concealed data when you need to press the option key. Either shortcut is available for your use.

Note: Command + R is a toggle and not a quick reveal option.

1Password > Preferences > Security -- Concealed Fields -- Hold Option to toggle revealed fields (enable/disable)
