Passing Login from browser to 1Password app

Hi,
I'm having the same issue as being reported in a previous discussion thread. Discussion #125027

I'm working with a fresh Windows 11 install and the latest 1 Password windows app and browser extension. Singing into a Business 1Password account using Duo MFA, text, push, or USB key do not make a difference.

Vivaldi v. 5.0.2497.26 Stable
1Password Windows App v.8.4.1 Build 80401002 - Production
Browser Extension v. 2.1.4 Build 20184

Windows 11 Pro v. 21H2 Build 22000.348
Feature Pack 1000.22000.348.0

I've tried using Edge browser and disabling other browser extensions with no luck.

Thanks for any assistance that you can provide.

Extension Version: 2.1.4
OS Version: 11 Pro 21H2
