Passkey not working on some Safari profiles

Running the latest 1Password beta and Safari extension beta on the latest build of Sequoia, I get a prompt to set up passkeys when using my Personal profile, but not when using my Work profile. ...

Thank you for reaching out. The prompt from your screenshot is from macOS itself and not 1Password. I recommend that you follow the steps in this guide to turn off the built-in passkey and password manager and make sure that 1Password is setup as your default password/passkey manager:
