Passkey working then not

My bank - Ubank.com.au - has an app I can sign in to using a passkey and that is their preferred method. It asks if I want to create one, I do, and all is peachy.  1Password saves it where I say and...

Hello Zebee​! 👋

I'm sorry that you ran into an issue when signing in using a passkey on Ubank.com.au on your iOS device and I'm glad that things are working now. 

If you run into the same issue again in the future then can you tell me the following: 

  1. When signing into the Ubank app on your iOS device fails, can you still sign into Ubank's website using 1Password on a desktop Mac or PC: Save and sign in with passkeys in your browser
  2. Can you post a screenshot of the error message that you see on your iOS device?
