Passkeys created in browser work, but app for same services does not recognize passkey

Thanks for your response, 1P_Dave. I can record the screen when logging in to Lowe's and Amazon, but it will show personal username information. (I don't have video blurring tools.) Is there a way I can send this to 1Password support without posting it on a public forum?
