Sorry to jump in here, but I wanted to add a comment. In the instructions "Turn off the built-in password manager in your browser" for Safari, it instructs users to turn off autofill for "Using information from my contacts", "Credit Cards", and "Other Forms". This is unworkable. Users shouldn't need to turn these things off for 1Password to work. Some users, myself icluded, don't want to use 1Password to autofill any of this information. I personally only want to use 1Password to autofill usernames and passwords, OTU codes, and passkeys. That's it. I want everything else to be through MacOS. I feel it's problematic to have to turn off parts of the OS to have 1Password work correctly rather than making them work together.

2 months ago1Password in the browser is designed to fully replace your browser’s built-in filling features. For the best experience, we recommend turning off your browser’s autofill options. Leaving them enabled may cause conflicts with 1Password.
