Password failing when installing on Windows 11 pro

When installing the 1Password Windows app on Windows 11 pro, the password is failing. When I hover over the icon, it shows a different email address than my account. I am also an administrator. Is this a bug or a configuration issue?

1Password Version: 8.10.7
Extension Version: 8.10.7
OS Version: Windows 11 Pro
Browser:_ Chrome

    Resolved. In addition to removing the 1password app, needed to remove data. See https://support.1password.com/uninstall-1password/
