Password History - Presentation - Suggested improvments
Windows, Browser and Android
I have noticed that the password history seems to have two issues.
- When viewing the history, the current password isnt visible. It would be VERY useful to have the history and the current password
- The date in the history seems to be the date of replacement by the subsequent password rather than the creation of the that actual password. It seems to me that the creation date is a more useful date to display
I realise they are small change but I think they would make the experience better in all versions of 1pw.

Hi mike48397289, thanks for getting back to me with these additional details! I can definitely understand how both of these changes could make things more intuitive.
I've gone ahead and filed a feature request with our product team, including all of the information you've provided here. If you have any further suggestions or questions, let me know 😄

Sure. I hope this helps. Thanks for logging it.
Show current password in history - this is important because sometimes when changing a password things go wrong and you're not really sure which is the true password. You need to try various passwords and its annoying to have the most recent in the wrong place
Show password creation date rather than substitution date - every single website you view that tells you a date with relation to password change is referring to the creation date. If I go to my google account it will tell me the last time I changed my password, that date is reference to my current password. If I look up the date of a password change I want to know what the password at that date is! your dating approach doesnt do that. If I look up a history of password changes I want to know what it was changed to, not from. I cant think of any use case for the current setup and it doesnt seem standard or intuitive.

Hi mike48397289, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the Password History feature! I would be happy to file a feature request on your behalf with our product team.
Could you tell me a little more about your particular use case for each of these? For example, in what types of situations would you make use of being able to see the current password in the password history list? And in what types of situations would you make use of the date a previous password was originally created, instead of the date it was replaced? Would you want to see both dates listed, or only the creation date?
The more detail you can provide, the better, as this will help us to understand your needs and file a more detailed feature request on your behalf. Thanks!
