password history not available 1password8

You can find the previous passwords for an item by tapping and holding on the Password field, then choosing "View password history", like this:

As far as the Touch ID issue goes, it would be helpful for us to see what 1Password is doing, so I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iOS device:
