Password strength is not always shown

Hi, in some cases when I try to enter a new "Login" the password strength indicator is not shown. But after changing the password from those generated by 1 Password the indicator reappears. Have ...

Yes, I created the items from the Windows version of 1Password 8. If it could be useful I pasted the password and did not type it brand new.
