Passwords not showing up everywhere...
I created a new user account entry using the Browser Extension (Edge). It's saved properly and I can use it.
I open up my 1Passwor desktop app (on the same machine) and I cannot find the entry in there.
I open 1Password on my Mobile Phone and the entry is there.
Does it take time for it to show up in the Desktop app? I have never had anything take more than a few second, but this has been over 10 minutes and I am not seeing it.
- Extension Version: 8.11.2.11 (nightly (I am using Nightly to solve another issue I had in the past))
- Desktop App version: 1Password for Windows 8.10.82 (81082029)
- Mobile App version: 1Password for Android 8.10.83 (81083001)

I'm sorry that you're not seeing items in the desktop app on your Windows PC. Items should show up everywhere that you're using 1Password almost immediately so it sounds like something is wrong. Can you try the following test:
- Open and unlock the 1Password for Windows desktop app.
- Click your account or collection at the top of the sidebar and click Lock.
- Unlock 1Password.
Do you see the items now? Or are they still missing?-Dave

Thanks, that fixed it. I also had to save a password from another site and it showed up immediately.
Not sure if this matters, but this is also my work laptop where I don't have Admin rights, so not sure if that makes a difference or impacts anything.

I'm glad that locking and unlocking 1Password resolved the issue! Whether you have admin privileges or not shouldn't make a difference here.
