Passwords not updating iOS
I changed passwords in two apps (one at a time) on my iPhone and manually updated them in the 1Password app because I wasn’t prompted to autosave. In both cases, autofill still filled the old passwor...

4 months agoI'm sorry that you're not seeing updated data being suggested by AutoFill on your iOS device. Try these steps to reset the AutoFill database:
- On the Home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap General > AutoFill & Passwords.
- Turn off 1Password.
- Turn 1Password back on.
- Make sure that all other password managers are turned off.
Then try to fill a login again, are you still seeing the same outdated login credentials being suggested or filled?

I’m having a similar issue as being discussed here. I tried the steps above and it my old password is still being autofilled. The new password is visible in 1Password but when I go to an app, click on the username box, and then select the key symbol on the iOS keyboard and look at the recommended logins from 1P, if I click on the little i symbol it shows the old password information and last updated time/date for my old password.

I'm sorry that you're seeing outdated password information. Do you see the correct updated password when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
If you do then try the following: open the main 1Password app on your iOS device, tap the account/collection picker in the top left corner and then tap lock. Then unlock 1Password again and try to fill your login into a website or app.
If you still see the old login credential being filled, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iOS device:
Send a diagnostics report (iOS)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
With your email please include:- A link to this thread: https://www.1password.community/discussions/1password/passwords-not-updating-ios/155685/replies/157419

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!-Dave

Thanks for your quick reply! Those steps didn’t help, unfortunately. I emailed the diagnostics report as requested but haven’t received a case from the bot. I did submit a ticket earlier so maybe it attached to that ticket? The number is BXU-75791-813.

It looks like one of my colleagues sent you a reply via email on Saturday. If that suggestion didn't help, and you still see the issue, then reply to my colleague's email and the team can help further.
