Passwords not updating iOS

3 months agoI'm sorry that you're seeing outdated password information. Do you see the correct updated password when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
If you do then try the following: open the main 1Password app on your iOS device, tap the account/collection picker in the top left corner and then tap lock. Then unlock 1Password again and try to fill your login into a website or app.
If you still see the old login credential being filled, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iOS device:
Send a diagnostics report (iOS)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
With your email please include:

Thanks for your quick reply! Those steps didn’t help, unfortunately. I emailed the diagnostics report as requested but haven’t received a case from the bot. I did submit a ticket earlier so maybe it attached to that ticket? The number is BXU-75791-813.
