Persistent restart to update

I just uninstalled the stable version and installed the 8.10.80 beta.  When 1P launches it prompts to restart but the link isn't active. (Later dismisses the message.)  About shows this (and restart ...

Sorry for this annoyance! Have you restarted your computers since this started appearing? If you've tried that and it's still appearing, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 

1Password: Send a diagnostics report (Windows)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

With your email please include:
