Pixel 8 can't turn on autofill

Brand new Pixel 8. When I try to turn on autofill, it prompts me to "Turn on 1Password Autofill in the system Settings app." I click "open settings" and 1Password is already turned on as an additiona...

UPDATE:
I was able to get it fixed on my wife's phone. I had been clocking on the gear next to Google, but if you click on Google itself it brings you to a menu where you can choose 1password as the default. Once I did that and went back to 1passeord, autofill was enabled.
