Hi DHK:

Great question. 1Password in the browser currently only suggests the default email field from an Identity item. If you've added additional email fields to your single Identity item, they won't be suggested. If they each have different contexts (like personal versus work), then creating multiple Identity items would be your best bet. For example, I have two different Identity items (one in my personal 1Password account, and one in my work account). My personal one contains my home address, personal email, etc. My work one contains my work email address and other work related things.
