You are using a beta version for the extension (2.4.7).
Have you tried with 2.3.8 available here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/1password-%E2%80%93-password-mana/aeblfdkhhhdcdjpifhhbdiojplfjncoa
Remove 2.4.7 then install 2.3.8
