Hi there @MrDeve

I see from the footer of your post you're running macOS Big Sur 11.4. The last available version of macOS Big Sur was 11.7.8, so could you try updating macOS to see if that helps? There may be an update to Safari available at the same time.

Your Mac might well be able to update to a newer version of macOS, such as macOS Monterey or macOS Ventura, and you'll usually be offered this when you check for updates.
