QR code detection failed - 1Password for Mac

1P doesn't show in Security.prefPane > Privacy > Camera, but it's in Accessibility & Screen Recording. What do I need to tweak? 1Password Version: 8.7.1 Extension Version: Not Provided OS ...

Thanks very much! I tested a bit more. Most of the time it works fine, even when the QR code is hidden by the 1P window. But on occasion, when the QR code is not visible to me, I get the error seen here:
