QR code scanning issues via browsers on windows
I'm trying to add a one-time passcode to one of my accounts that I have a QR code copied to my clipboard, and also just pasted into ms paint. I'm trying to use the website to scan the QR code, howeve...

I'm sorry that you're unable to save a one-time password to 1Password using the "Scan QR code" feature. The QR code has to be visible on the website itself for you to scan it. If you open the QR code in MS Paint, 1Password in the browser isn't able to see that.
To scan a QR code in MS Paint you can use the desktop app: Use 1Password as an authenticator for sites with two-factor authentication - In the 1Password apps
If you are trying to scan a QR code open in a website in your browser then are you able to tell me if the issue exists for any website where you're trying to save your one-time password? Or does it only exist on a specific website? If it's only one specific website then can you share the address of that website?
