Quick Access default to last search
On my Mac, I use the Quick Access shortcut all the time. And about 90% of the time, I'm using it to copy the same password (for work). I would love if when I open Quick Access via my keyboard shortcu...

I recommend using Quick Access to search for the entry you'd like to use. After autofilling it (shift + return) from there, you'll see a pop up like this:
Selecting Fill & Update Login will update the login item in 1Password with a link to the app:
