Hello mrtoner​! 👋

I'm sorry that you're seeing incorrect suggestions when opening Quick Access. So that I can better understand the situation, can you tell me the following: 

  1. Which browser are you using when you encounter the issue? 
  2. If you open one of the suggested items in the 1Password desktop app, do you see your browser listed as a "Linked App" in that item? 
  3. Which version of 1Password are you using: Find the version numbers for 1Password and your operating system

Hey, Dave! Always a joy to hear from you. I'm using Chrome version 136.0.7103.93. 1Password is version 8.10.75, running MacOS 15.4.1.

Yes, I've checked a couple of the suggestions and they all show Google Chrome as a linked app.
