Hi there srimahav

That would suggest that Finder has likely been added as a linked app to that item, which would look something like this:

If so, click Edit, then the ⛔️ remove button next to Finder, then Save to remove it, which will stop it being suggested when the Desktop (i.e. Finder) is in focus.
