  • Hello bestlem! đź‘‹

I'm sorry that you're running into issues. Just to clarify, the issue that is being discussed in the thread that you posted in appeared with the release of Safari 18.4 this year. I've split your post in to a new thread, can you tell me a little more about the issues that you're seeing? Are you only seeing issues in Safari web apps? Or in normal Safari windows as well?

      Normal Safari as well.

      As reported in

      https://www.1password.community/discussions/1password/1password-does-not-work-with-safari-profiles/92139

and I think in April 2024 which ios on the old board.

I have sent several diagnostic reports in.

      But it always happens.

Basically I have never got 1password to work with Safari profiles.

Thanks for providing those Support IDs and I'm sorry that you're running into ongoing issues with Safari. I see that my colleague emailed you some workarounds back in March. I recommend giving those a try to see if they work, if you run into any issues with the workarounds then please reply to my colleague's email and they can help further.

To prevent having the same conversation in multiple places at once, I'll close this community thread.
