Recently Deleted by Device only?

Apparently, I recently deleted an item in 1Password on my old iPhone, which has since been wiped and sent to Apple to trade in. I don't see it in the 'recently deleted' are of any other devices. Are ...

Thanks! I can see it in the ‘Archive’ but I can’t tell when it was moved there? The last edited date is several years ago (6/9/2019)
